Minister’s Musing for October 2018
Psalm 90 is a Psalm that says Wow! to God for making humankind and setting us in a world so magnificent and, being made in God’s image, giving us the responsibility of looking after God’s creation from generation to generation.
At Ravensthorpe with Hopton URC last Sunday we thought about the things that make us say Wow! to God and wrote our own Psalm using the beginning and end of the original Psalm.

O LORD, our Lord, your greatness is seen in all the world!
I say Wow! when I see the colours of the autumn trees;
sunsets and sunrises;
the stars at night;
a harvest moon;
rainbows;
colourful gardens;
an eclipse;
new life;
when I hear stirring music
and when I’m rewarded for the long hours I work
O LORD, our Lord, your greatness is seen in all the world!
