In this world of injustice and hurt, we who are believers, are called to do as Jesus did. His works were based on grace, righteousness and being just.
This call is made to all who would hear. It is a call to bring justice where we can, healing to those we have hurt or to those we are able to walk alongside. It is a call to bring love in the face of hate and much more.
The truth is that it doesn’t matter who we are, the powerful, the weak, the injured, the strong; the call is to all of us to join with God.
So it has led me to ask myself that all important question when I think on how I have handled a situation : “How do I respond to God’s call? Am I responding as I should?” And I have answered the question…
What if you ask yourself a similar question: “Am I responding to God’s call as I should?” How will you answer the question?
